Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Perform airbnb cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain pristine environments.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Ensure all surfaces are disinfected according to health standards, paying special attention to high-touch areas.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure readiness for guest arrivals.
- Conduct detailed inspections of each property before guest check-in to guarantee cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries related to property conditions or amenities with professionalism and positivity.
Experience
