Your Opportunity
Our Vancouver Office is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional to join our Credits and Incentives team. This is for an existing vacancy, and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
- Support business development by coordinating meetings for inbound requests for new business and initiating our internal client acceptance procedures
- Onboarding new clients, including ensuring access to CRA My Business Account Portal and BDO's Client Portal
- Perform administrative tasks related to the department's ongoing operations, such as:
- Drafting documents, contracts, requests for information
- Reviewing and uploading responses to official CRA requests
- Coordinating with the firm to ensure claims are filed, and status sheets are up to date
- Accessing and updating information in Excel worksheets and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Support a team of Partners and Professionals, which may include planning and organizing internal appointments, conferences, and meetings.
- Contribute positively by reviewing, copy editing, and providing input and oversight on technical and financial drafts prepared by others.
- Communicating and exchanging information with other departments and firm resources

Your experience and education
- You have experience working in a senior administrative or similar role
- You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset
- Prior working experience at a professional services firm an asset
- You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- You are able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over time
- You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information
- You have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills both written and oral
- You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
- You have excellent written and oral communication
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000 annually
