At Divine Spine, healthcare is about more than adjustments—it’s about helping people take action when it matters.
We are looking for a patient-centered healthcare professional who understands that empathy alone isn’t enough. This role is for someone who cares deeply about people and knows that clarity, confidence, and ethical persuasion are essential to helping patients follow through with care.
This is not a passive front-desk role.
It is a patient guidance and leadership role.
Who This Role Is For
You see yourself as part of the care team—not an administrator.
You believe:
- Patients don’t need pressure—they need clear leadership
- Avoiding the money conversation often leads to avoidance of care
- Helping someone decide is often the most caring thing you can do
- Good healthcare requires trust, confidence, and follow-through
You are comfortable guiding patients through decisions about their care because you understand that clarity leads to compliance, and compliance leads to outcomes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Guiding patients through their care journey with clarity and confidence
- Reinforcing doctor recommendations in a way patients understand and trust
- Leading conversations around care plans, commitment, and next steps
- Addressing hesitation, questions, and concerns calmly and professionally
- Managing scheduling to support consistency and patient follow-through
- Handling payments and financial discussions with confidence and care
- Following up with patients using our CRM and communication systems
- Supporting doctors by ensuring seamless handoffs and clear messaging
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
The Mindset That Succeeds Here
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Think like a healthcare advocate, not a receptionist
- Take responsibility when patients leave uncertain or undecided
- Are confident having respectful, honest conversations about money
- Enjoy helping people move past hesitation and into action
- Believe persuasion can be ethical, calm, and patient-centered
- Value accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Want your communication skills to directly impact patient outcomes
This role rewards leadership in conversation, not volume or pressure.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, patient coordination, or high-trust service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort discussing commitment, scheduling, and finances
- Ability to learn systems, scripts, and workflows quickly
- Strong organizational habits and follow-through
- Emotional intelligence and professional composure
Sales experience is helpful—but not required.
Confidence, clarity, and responsibility are.
