Deck Refresh is a family-owned and operated deck and fence restoration company based in London, Ontario. We are currently looking to hire crew members for our 2026 season. This position will begin now, although the work is weather permitting (it needs to be dry).
Job Description
- Power wash, sand and stain decks, fences and other wooden structures
- Install Christmas lights on client homes and trees (starting in late October)
- Interact with customers
- Prepare and clean up the job site
- Keep the work vehicles organized and tidy
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliability
- Ability to work for long periods at a time
- Comfortable with working at heights
- Flexibility (our starting and ending times will vary each day depending on how long the job takes, there will also be rain-days which causes weekend work, etc.)
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, as well as working independently.
- Ideally a physically fit person as the work can sometimes be quite demanding
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
