The ultimate goal of the Change Management Strategist iin this role will be to design, drive, and execute strategic change initiatives that deliver tangible business results. Whether the transformation involves a process, system, or product our clients success hinges on the clients and team members evolving their behaviors, mindsets, and capabilities to unlock new possibilities.
In this role, you will use data and insights to architect human-centric change strategies that clients love and that drive deep. As a passionate storyteller, you understand how all moving parts come together to create lasting transformation. You will accelerate behavioral change by aligning executives, stakeholders, partners, and experts, creating holistic readiness strategies that ensure successful, sustainable adoption.
Responsibilities
- Change Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) lifecycle for high-priority, confidential transformation projects, ensuring alignment with ’s strategic goals.

Impact Assessment & Translation: Analyze complex technology-driven or operational shifts to clearly assess, translate, and articulate what is actually changing for the people on the ground.

Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration: Orchestrate and direct cross-functional teams, executives, and subject matter experts to build cohesive, comprehensive change plans.

Strategic Communication: Craft compelling narratives and act as a passionate storyteller. Tailor messaging, style, and approach to diverse audiences—from front-line team members to the executive suite—to promote a clear, unifying vision.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to assess organizational readiness, track adoption metrics, and continuously optimize change strategies.

Readiness & Capability Building: Design targeted interventions, engagement plans, and readiness frameworks that equip team members to confidently adopt new ways of working.

Qualifications
-
5 to 7+ years of progressive, dedicated experience in organizational change management (OCM) with experience leading large-scale technology-driven, process, or product transformations.

A solid background navigating complex, highly regulated matrix organizations—ideally within the financial services, banking, or energy/utility sectors.

Proven expertise in breaking down technology-based or complex projects into clear, relatable impacts on human behavior, processes, and daily workflows.

Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, alter styles based on the audience, and build narrative alignment across different business lines.

A natural facilitator who can work with, influence, and direct stakeholders at all levels to create a holistic and effective change ecosystem

Equal comfort operating at a high strategic level (aligning executives) and rolling up your sleeves to execute tactical readiness plans.

Strong capability in using data, feedback loops, and business insights to measure adoption and prove the value-add of change initiatives.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.

Prosci Change Management Certification (nice to have)

CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional (nice to have)
