Window Covering & Blinds Sales Consultant
At E.G. Penner Building Centres Ltd., a COR Certified supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba.
We have an opportunity for an ambitious, dedicated sales and customer service professional to join our Window Covering & Blinds Department.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills by presenting products and services in a way that clearly identifies window‑covering solutions and benefits for each customer. Responsibilities include preparing accurate estimates and guiding customers through options that best meet their needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Sales experience and knowledge of window coverings are helpful but not required. We provide full training.
· Ability to provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and work well in a team environment.
· Communicate with the department team and clients to develop and maintain an effective rapport.
We Offer:
· Hourly wage plus commission, which is dependent on experience.
· No shifts on Sundays or general holidays.
