Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team, and alone.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
