ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for developing and conducting customer Business Resources / STIR Sessions, whether in house or in the field and focusing on both front and back of the house operational needs. The role involves expertise in all Sysco operational tools, value-added services (i.e. Menu services, customer reporting tools, Social Media, Business Builders) and technology offerings. This position is customer facing, working with multiple levels of expertisefrom independent operators, to local and national chains to emerging concepts.
Through partnership with Outside Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers, responsible for clearly identifying customer challenges, needs, or opportunities and delivering creative and productive solutions to help customer business and drive case growth.
Provide a consultation with the customer (e.g., inventory management, social media, menu analysis, marketing, etc.).
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you):
The ideal candidate is based in either Halifax, Nova Scotia, or Moncton, New Brunswick, and will cover both territories.
