Responsibilities
- Process and monitor customer orders from start to completion
- Coordinate shipments and communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and carriers
- Manage dropshipping orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Provide updates and support to customers regarding order status and delivery inquiries
- Resolve order-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation
- Assist with other logistics and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dropshipping/order fulfillment is required
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Patient, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Mandarin is an asset
