Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Kinesiologist to join our multidisciplinary clinic team. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, physical conditioning, and overall wellness through individualized exercise and movement programs.
The Kinesiologist will collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to client needs and goals
- Conduct one-on-one exercise sessions and provide ongoing guidance, motivation, and support to clients
- Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to develop, manage, and oversee the clinic’s Active Rehabilitation Program and in-clinic sessions
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support client recovery, progress, and overall wellness
- Assist in overseeing clinical programs, wellness initiatives, and special projects as required
- Coordinate volunteer trainer coverage and scheduling for community events and outreach activities
- Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure high standards of patient care and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field required
- Current First Aid and CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment
- Experience working in a client-facing or customer service role is considered an asset
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Passion for health, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
