À propos du poste:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) planificateur(trice) de production organisé(e) et orienté(e) service client. La personne choisie jouera un rôle clé dans la coordination entre la production, le département de pièces et le service à la clientèle afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et la satisfaction des clients.
Responsabilités :
- Planifier et suivre les ordres de production selon les priorités.
- Coordonner les demandes entre la production les ventes et le service à la clientèle.
- Gérer les pièces et le service après-vente.
- Maintenir les horaires et tableaux de suivi à jour.
Profil recherché:
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en planification de production ou coordination de service.
- Connaissance du milieu manufacturier et des outils informatiques (Excel ERP).
- Bon sens de l’organisation rigueur et esprit d’équipe.

Production Planner – Parts and Service Customer Service
Laval, QC | Monday to Thursday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.

About the position:
We are seeking an organized and customer service-oriented Production Planner. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating between production, the parts department, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and track production orders according to priorities.
- Coordinate requests between production, sales, and customer service.
- Manage parts and after-sales service.
- Maintain schedules and tracking charts.

Required qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in production planning or service coordination.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment and IT tools (Excel, ERP).
- Good organizational skills, thoroughness, and teamwork.
