We're hiring immediately for summer. Strong performers get a permanent offer before the season closes.
THE WORK
Interior and exterior residential projects across Vancouver and the North Shore. Prep, application, site management, client interaction. Every job has a defined scope and a labour budget. Beat the budget while quality holds and your hourly rate goes up.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- $26–$34/hr base, set by experience and how you show up
- Hybrid piece-rate upside — beat the labour budget, your hourly increases
- Performance and quality bonuses
- Google review bonus — client leaves a 5-star because of your work, you get paid extra
- Upsell bonus — 5% on any add-on work you bring in on site
- Extended health and dental after 3 months for permanent hires
WHAT WE NEED
- Reliable vehicle — you get yourself to site independently
- Full comfort on extension ladders, every day, without exception
- 2+ years professional residential painting experience
- Prep standards that don't slide when nobody's watching
- Strong brush and roller skills
If your prep strategy is "the paint will cover it" — this isn't the right fit.
WHERE IT GOES
Top performers move to year-round before the season ends. Crew lead and estimating paths are available for the right people. Promotion is on performance, not time served.
