Looking specifically for a troubleshooter/service technician with electrical troubleshooting skills to join our team. We are heavily involved with many mechanical services besides just hvac, including but not limited to: coffee equipment repair and installation, espresso, dishwashers, and commercial restaurant equipment repair.
Journeyman base rate of up to $55/hr + benefits. Does not include 10% vacation, health spending account, employer matching RRSP contributions(once qualified), company truck and gas card.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and maintenance. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing air conditioning units and related systems across various commercial and residential settings. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, appliance repair, or construction to apply their skills in a dynamic environment focused on quality service and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning units and HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols
- Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of system failures
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Conduct plumbing and mechanical repairs as needed for HVAC components or related systems
- Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications when necessary
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to facilitate accurate installations and repairs
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving boiler systems or appliance repair
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler operations, and appliance repair is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively
- Prior construction or maintenance experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or mechanical fields are preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety standards
Pay: $25.00-$70.00 per hour
