Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator/Receptionist to manage the day-to-day front desk operations at our North Vancouver location. As an administrator, you will be the first person that clients connect with when they visit, call, or email us, so you’ll be responsible for making all our visitors feel welcome. You will also be providing comprehensive administrative support to our front desk team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule private lessons, group classes, and facility use
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Process payments (cash, debit, and credit) and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain organized client records, attendance logs, and filing systems
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide clear information about programs and services
- Support coaches and management with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the reception area remains welcoming, clean, and organized

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (additional languages are an asset)
- Must be comfortable with working evening and weekend hours (please see below)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WhatsApp/WeChat, and Mac
- Strong time management skills and willingness to learn
- Preferred: previous customer service or retail experience
Compensation
- $18 - $25+/hr, depending on experience
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
