We are looking for a seasoned individual to expand our Customer Service Team who is well experienced in print and retail sales, has excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and is self-motivated and is determined to complete all tasks handed to them.
As a Print & Customer Specialist, your main responsibilities are to assist customers in-person, over the phone, email, and online chat. You will use your print and retail sales knowledge to help prospective customers put their concept to print. In short - you are a vibrant, energetic retail salesperson who is able to promote our products and services while working closely with the Jukebox team, to ensure order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended to.
Are you It?
The perfect candidate will be customer-centered, and have retail or call centre experience. It is mandatory that you have experience in Call Centre, Retail Customer Service and Printing/ Graphic Design background or education. Having a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs is an asset (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Other requirements are:
- Post-secondary education
- 3+ years in a customer service position - e.g. call centre, hospitality, retail
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- 1+ year in Print and/or Graphic Communications industry
- Minimum 50 wpm typing speed
The hired applicant will start working on a full-time basis immediately.
Flexible 7 days a week, and evening availability is mandatory
Your Training Shifts will be 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.
Your Work Schedule will be shift-work between 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM Weekdays, and between 9:00am to 6:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
