Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Tow Operations Manager to support our operations team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer systems.
Bilingual skills in English and French are a plus. The Assistant Tow Manager will play a key role in process improvement initiatives and ensure efficient workflow within our Tow & Recovery environment.
Duties
- Assist in supervising daily tow operations, including planning and scheduling drivers and fleet
- Support team management by coordinating staff schedules and delegating tasks effectively
- Oversee the use of light-medium and heavy flatbeds, wreckers and lowboys
- Manage customer service interactions related to freight and heavy equipment inquiries
- Support data analysis efforts to monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including heavy lifting procedures and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in roadside assistance in recovery
Experience
- Proven supervisory or team management experience within tow and recovery industry
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Windows OS
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
