About the Position
We're looking for a friendly, organized Sales & Account Manager to build relationships with truck service providers and fleet-related businesses.
This is primarily a work-from-home position with flexible daytime hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to renew and maintain their listings.
- Reach out to new truck service providers and explain the benefits of advertising with 4RoadService.com.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Answer customer questions by phone and email.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date.
- Follow up on leads and maintain sales records.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has sales, customer service, or account management experience.
- Communicates confidently on the phone.
- Is self-motivated and organized.
- Is comfortable working independently from home.
- Has good computer skills. (Experience with ZOHO CRM would be good)
- Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is a strong asset but not necessary.
Compensation
- Base pay: $450 per week
- 10% commission on new sales
- 5% recurring commission on active subscription renewals
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week
