Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mozaik & AutoCAD Rendering Specialist (3D Walkthrough Expert) to join our innovative design team. Duties
- Develop high-quality 3D walkthroughs and visualizations using Mozaik, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other CAD software to accurately represent architectural designs and construction details.
- Create detailed schematics, drafting plans, and technical drawings for client presentations and project documentation.
- Utilize NavisWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks to coordinate models across different disciplines and ensure seamless integration of project data.
- Produce compelling 2D animations and walkthroughs that effectively communicate design intent and construction sequences.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into realistic visualizations.
- Assist in reviewing construction drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy before rendering.
- Support the team by maintaining organized CAD files, project archives, and rendering libraries for efficient workflow management.
Skills
- Proficiency in Mozaik software for automated framing layouts and detailed 3D modeling.
- Strong experience with AutoCAD for drafting, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Skilled in SketchUp for quick conceptual modeling and visualization.
- Familiarity with NavisWorks for model coordination and clash detection across disciplines.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and SolidWorks for comprehensive project integration.
- Ability to produce realistic 3D walkthroughs with 2D animation techniques that enhance client presentations.
- Construction experience is highly desirable to understand project workflows and technical requirements.
- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail in CAD environments.
