Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Monitor guest interactions, providing friendly and prompt customer service to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and tracking usage of beverages and consumable
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Prior experience serving alcohol and a valid smart serve certificate
