We are looking to add a new Regional Field Service Manager in Cambridge Onterio, to help support our Industrial Technology division. This role maintains responsibility for the region's fleet, and field operations for the division. This is a hands-on service position that involves traveling to and from customers to help give onsite service support with our separation equipment. This involves repairs, installations, maintenance checks, and other troubleshooting.

POSITION FUNCTIONS

Responsibility of delivering solutions and resolving technical issues applying a wide range of the organization's technologies.

Management of technical schedule to ensure proper service and coverage of customer sites and projects

Manage and maintain the regions fleet resources such as equipment and vehicles, preventative maintenance program and related files and record

Management of regions Incident Case (Action Request) logging, maintenance, and weekly review

Responsible for the regions selling of additional services, equipment, etc. into existing accounts

Support the preparation of customer engagements, contracts, and proposals; may assist during new account sale with respect to demonstrating account management protocol

Comply with all aspects of the Trucent Safety Program, including but not limited to hazard communication, PPE requirements, and safety training attendance
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
-
Technical Degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical/equipment services industry, preferably in the chemical, and/or separations industry.
Skills and Abilities (May be representative but not all-inclusive, of those commonly associated with this position):

Ability to operate and troubleshoot all company purification equipment within assigned area of responsibility

Knowledge and understanding of fundamental theory of separation technologies, preferably specific to centrifugal separation

Strong mechanical aptitude including advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering and/or skill trades including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical vocations

Demonstrate a basic understanding of specifications, blueprints, manuals, and mechanical drawings; maintain a general understanding of analytical methods

Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define a problem, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions, make decisions, and solve problems
