Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing hydraulic services, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Coordinate scheduling of hydraulic repairs and maintenance with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist customers with product information, service options.
- Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
