Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment within the facility
- Support assembly, packaging, or production processes as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to meet safety standards
- Operate basic tools and equipment following safety procedures
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Support other team members in completing daily operational goals
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
