POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Coordinator is responsible for receiving, sourcing, and processing all parts orders for non‑Crown equipment. This role provides support to customers, technicians, and internal teams by researching vendors, placing orders, managing incoming shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation. The parts Coordinator also assists with departmental training, inventory tasks, and contributes to overall parts operations efficiency.
POSITION DESCRIPTION

Receive parts orders in the internal system as required.

Pick orders in accordance with tickets as required and place in respective locations.

Organize and maintain cleanliness of warehouse to applicable standards.

Accurately code vendor payables for processing.

Lift , and press and tires as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ship parts to various branches and customers via Purolator

Operate forklift to move product
KNOW HOW & EXPERIENCE
-
High school diploma required.
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Good binocular vision and the ability to distinguish colors.

Ability to work in a physically demanding role requiring continuous standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift

Frequent keyboard and mouse use.

Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
-
Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, twist, squat, reach above shoulder or below knee level, grip, grasp, and work with arms outstretched or above chest level.

Comfortable working in environments with possible exposure to temperature variations, dust, and noise.
