Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist — Build Our Pelvic Service at Vitality Kids Ottawa, ON | Vitality Kids Family Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre
We're opening pelvic floor services at Vitality Kids, our new pediatric and family clinic — and we're looking for the physiotherapist who will build it with us. Pelvic Health is under served in Riverside South and surrounding communities. We’re here to support.
This is yours to grow. Vitality Kids is purpose-built for families: parents, kids, and the whole household under one roof. The pelvic floor clinician here treats moms (postpartum, pre/post-surgical, chronic pelvic pain) while their kids are seen for peds physio, SLP, Chiro or other family services. It's the way pelvic care should work for the population that needs it most.
Who we're looking for
You're a registered physiotherapist with the CPO, rostered for pelvic health internal exam, and you see pelvic floor as a career ,not just a side interest.
Bonus if you also have a clinical interest in:
- Pediatrics
- MSK / Orthopedic physiotherapy
Either makes you a stronger fit. Both makes you the person we're looking for.
What we're handing you
- Ownership of the pelvic floor service line at Vitality Kids. You shape the patient experience, the clinical pathways, the program offerings. Marketing, referral building, and operations support behind you.
- Active patient acquisition. Our marketing engine, existing Vitality patient base, and family-clinic positioning generate demand. You won't be sourcing patients.
- A purpose-built family clinic. Private treatment rooms designed for pelvic work — not a converted MSK bay. Stocked with the supplies and equipment pelvic care actually requires.
- Cross-referrals built in. Pediatric clients' moms. MSK clients with pelvic symptoms they've never mentioned. Family members of family members. The model creates pelvic demand the way standalone clinics can't.
- Zero admin. Reception, scheduling, invoicing, billing, follow-ups — all handled for you.
- No double-booked sessions. One-on-one care.
How we'll invest in you
- Compensation structured for a specialist building a service line — hourly to start while we ramp the caseload together, transitioning to fee-split (Or fee split from the get go). Signing bonus on offer; real numbers in our first meeting.
- 1:1 clinical mentorship with a senior physiotherapist and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, plus access to our broader clinical network.
- Annual education allowance earmarked for advanced pelvic, pediatric pelvic, or MSK courses — we want you taking them.

Logistics
- Full-time or part-time considered. Mornings and evenings available.

Pay: $100,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
