Tire & Lube Technician – Victory Lube

Pay: $20–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Victory Lube is hiring a Tire & Lube Technician to join our service team.
This is a hands-on shop position. You will work with other technicians to complete oil changes, tire services, inspections, and basic maintenance services on customer vehicles.
What You’ll Do
- Perform oil changes and replace oil filters
- Check and top up vehicle fluids
- Check and adjust tire pressures
- Perform tire rotations and seasonal tire changes
- Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, lights, and other basic maintenance items
- Complete basic vehicle inspections and report findings to the service team
- Follow proper safety procedures and service standards
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and moving efficiently
- Work as part of a team to service vehicles quickly and correctly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous quick-lube, tire shop, dealership, or automotive experience preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Valid driver’s licence
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers in English
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced shop
- Willing to learn and follow procedures
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and work around vehicles throughout the day
