Electrogas is an expanding Safety Equipment company which specializes in Gas Detection and Safety Supplies across Canada. We are looking for mature individuals with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a professional, fast-paced environment to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated Service Technician for our Sherwood Park branch.
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Diagnostics, calibration and repair of gas detection equipment.
- Inspection of Latchways and SRLS
- Quoting of repairs
- Facilitating rental opportunities
- Maintaining rental equipment
- Filling Customer Orders
- Reconciling and Maintaining Service Inventory
- Data Entry
- Warranty Claims
- Helping with Product Preparation
- Possible After hours On call - Rotation schedule
- Onsite Work (up to three times a week)
- Various duties as requested by Supervisor and Management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience and knowledge in Gas Detection would be considered an asset
- Applicants must hold a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract, as this role requires driving company vehicles for regular onsite commitments

Drug-Free Workplace Requirements:
This role requires a commitment of onsite work up to three days per week. To ensure a safe and compliant work environment, all employees must remain drug-free. The onsite company reserves the right to conduct regular and/or random drug and alcohol testing as part of their workplace safety policies. Compliance with these requirements is mandatory for employment in this position.
