The Opportunity
- We are hiring experienced Level 3/4 Carpenters to lead and execute complex carpentry tasks on multi-family residential construction sites. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead framing, formwork, and finishing carpentry tasks.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards.

Supervise and mentor Level 1/2 carpenters and apprentices.

Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines.

As the position evolves, other duties may be required to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and uphold Paragon’s Core Values.
Qualifications:

3–5+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction.

Proficient in framing, finishing, and layout.

Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.

Ability to work independently and manage small teams.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Assets:
-
Journeyperson certification or equivalent experience.
-
WHMIS, Fall Protection, and First Aid certifications.

Experience with multi-family or large-scale residential projects
