- Monitor subcontractor performance, workmanship, productivity, and progress.
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment, materials, and access to the construction site.

- Maintain daily site reports, including manpower, work completed, deliveries, inspections, delays, and significant site activities.
- Assist with construction scheduling and short-term look-ahead planning.
- Coordinate required inspections and work with consultants, engineers, municipal inspectors, and testing agencies.
- Ensure deficiencies are identified, documented, communicated, and corrected.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and safe construction site.
- Participate in site meetings and provide updates regarding construction progress, upcoming work, coordination issues, and potential delays.

- Monitor construction activities for compliance with applicable drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
- Assist the project management team with resolving site issues in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, reliable, and knowledgeable about construction. This is not strictly an office-based project management position. The successful candidate must be comfortable being on site, walking the project, reviewing work as it progresses, coordinating trades, reviewing drawings, identifying issues, and communicating directly with the project team.
The ideal candidate understands how a construction project comes together and can anticipate what needs to happen next rather than waiting to be directed on every task.

This position will be engaged on a subcontractor/independent contractor basis for the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoicing for services provided in accordance with the agreed contractual arrangement.
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Location: Orangeville, ON
