Position Overview
We are looking for experienced independent cleaners to provide cleaning services for our residential and commercial clients. Successful applicants must be detail-oriented, dependable, and knowledgeable in eco-friendly cleaning techniques and products.
This is a subcontractor position offering flexible scheduling and ongoing work opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and procedures
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces
- Maintain professional standards and excellent customer service
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
- Ensure client satisfaction on every assignment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Experience with eco-friendly/green cleaning methods
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, or deep cleaning services
- Business liability insurance
- Existing cleaning business or sole proprietorship
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
