Through the National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS), the Government of Canada has embarked on one of the largest procurement projects since the Second World War. The NSS is a nation-building effort to create a sustainable Canadian shipbuilding industry, secure long-term job opportunities and build the next generation of ships for the Canadian Coast Guard and Royal Canadian Navy. Through its NSS–related work, Seaspan Shipyards is owning the redevelopment of our domestic shipbuilding industry on the West Coast and delivering on the promise of ships built in Canada, by Canadians.
The Intern, BTS (Technical) reports directly to the Oracle Fusion Technical Manager and will support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Seaspan’s Oracle Fusion application ecosystem. The role begins with supporting day-to-day operational activities across enterprise applications, including incident management, documentation, and service request coordination. The intern will take on broader responsibilities such as participating in business process analysis, testing activities, and troubleshooting integration. The intern will also have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, governance, and support processes across the Oracle Fusion technical landscape. This position provides exposure to multiple technical workstreams, including security, integrations, reporting, and IT service management, offering a well-rounded experience in enterprise application support within a large organization.
Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 889 Harbourside Dr, North Vancouver.

Start Date of Internship: Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.
End Date of Internship: Friday, April 30th, 2027 (8-Months).
