Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant
Job Type: Part-Time, Hybrid/Remote Consultant
Summary
This role provides day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative support to senior management. Responsibilities include maintaining Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and inventory records, preparing simplified financial summaries, and coordinating with external accountants. The position also supports general administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain AP, AR, and inventory records
- Prepare simplified monthly financial summaries
- Assist with GST and sales tax remittances
- Coordinate with external accountants on filings and audits
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Support project tracking and process improvements
Skills/Traits Needed
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks Online experience an asset
- Proficient in Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
Qualifications
- 10+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Administrative support experience is an asset
