About the Role
We’re on the hunt for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep the wheels turning. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role supports the day-to-day execution of our service delivery—managing schedules, coordinating with team members, solving issues on the fly, and ensuring our standards are upheld at every site.
You’ll be in regular contact with both our frontline team and our clients, so great communication skills, solid attention to detail, and a cool head under pressure are a must. Think of it as the glue that keeps our service engine running.
What You’ll Do
- Support scheduling, dispatch, and day-to-day job coordination
- Liaise with clients and staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate supplies, equipment, and access needs for job sites
- Assist with onboarding, training logistics, and compliance documentation
- Jump in to support our quality control processes and help solve operational challenges as they arise
Who You Are
- You’re organized, proactive, and calm when things get busy
- You’ve got experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role
- You’re comfortable with technology (we use tools like Jobber, SafetyCulture, and Asana)
- You’re someone who says, “Leave it with me,” and actually means it
- You take pride in doing things right and getting things done
