'We are seeking a friendly and efficient Breakfast/Laundry Attendant to join our team at Best Western Halton Hills. This role is vital in maintaining the quality of our guest experience by managing breakfast services and laundry operations at our hotel in Georgetown, ON
'Responsibilities'
' Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area.
- Operate laundry equipment to handle guest linens and hotel laundry needs.
- Ensure all laundry procedures adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with guest inquiries related to breakfast and laundry services.
- Support the team in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and laundry operations.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to deliver excellent guest service.'
- Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an asset.'
