Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our beauty retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys skincare, cosmetics, and providing personalized product recommendations while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
As part of our team, you will help customers discover products that suit their needs, share product knowledge, support daily store operations, and contribute to sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with skincare, beauty, and product recommendations
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently introduce new and featured items
- Support sales through personalized recommendations and upselling
- Operate POS system, process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising displays, and stock organization
- Assist with inventory replenishment and daily operational tasks
- Promote store promotions, membership programs, and new product launches
- Create a positive and welcoming in-store experience for all customers
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
- English communication skills required; additional languages such as Cantonese or Mandarin are considered an asset

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
