We are looking for an individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service. Your skill in connecting with and supporting customers plays a vital role in what we do.
Experience in the pet industry: While not mandatory, previous experience in the pet industry is a valuable asset. Knowledge of pet products & care is highly desirable.
*Applicants should have the physical ability to lift objects weighing 40+ pounds when required for the position.*
This role involves the responsibility of receiving & managing incoming product deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their pet-related needs, including product recommendations a and pet care advice.
- Maintain a clean & organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately & efficiently.
- Restock & merchandise products as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service & build lasting customer relationships.
- Carry out opening & closing procedures.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
