Orchid Medical Clinic is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional individual to join our team in a part-time position.
We are a growing medical and aesthetic clinic committed to providing high-quality patient care and advanced aesthetic services. We are looking for someone who can help us elevate our brand presence while maintaining professionalism and compliance within the healthcare space.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Running and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Creating and posting engaging content, reels, and stories
- Assisting with clinic promotions and marketing campaigns
- Taking before-and-after photos
- Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Taking payments and assisting with administrative tasks
- Setting up patients and assisting with cosmetic procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a medical and aesthetic clinic setting
- Experience with social media content creation and marketing preferred
- Knowledge of skincare, lasers, Botox, and dermal fillers is an asset
- Experience in the medical aesthetics industry is an asset
