Job Overview
Riverbend Physiotherapy and Neuro Rehab is expanding our interdisciplinary team. We provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care for clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVA), chronic pain, neurological conditions, SPORTS INJURIES, and psychological trauma.
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist with experience or interest in trauma-focused therapy to support clients coping with PTSD, anxiety, depression, pain-related distress, and post-injury recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual (and occasional group) psychotherapy
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and rehab professionals
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP)
- Training or willingness to train in EMDR, ART, or other trauma-focused modalities
- Experience with MVA, chronic pain, or neuro-rehab populations preferred
- Strong communication skills and commitment to ethical, client-centered care
