Curious & Proactive Problem Solver: You bring a natural curiosity to your work, always willing to ask "why" to solve complex operational hurdles and identify automation opportunities that reduce manual touchpoints.
Clear & Constant Communicator: You excel at articulating complex logistics concepts in simple terms and keeping both internal teams and external partners continuously informed regarding order statuses and changing priorities.
Full-Cycle Logistics Thinker: You are highly self-directed and equally comfortable tracking a high-level container from an overseas vendor as you are troubleshooting a high-priority wholesale or internal order.
Inbound Freight & Compliance Management: Manage the movement of goods from global manufacturing partners via sea, air, and road, while overseeing cross-border shipments (Canada/US), customs documentation, HTS classification, and duty drawback programs.
Omnichannel Fulfillment & 3PL Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PLs and distribution center operations teams to resolve daily fulfillment hurdles across eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, and internal channels while strictly monitoring delivery SLAs.
Data, Systems & Inventory Integrity: Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations across ERP, OMS, and WMS platforms to guarantee that inventory reflected in our systems accurately matches inventory available to sell, while building key performance dashboards (freight spend, CPO, lead times).
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Planning, Finance, Retail Ops, Wholesale, and Amazon channel leads to align logistics capacity with business demand, promotional calendars, and launch timelines.
Team Redundancy & Flexibility: Work in lockstep with the Logistics Coordinator and Senior Manager to ensure 100% redundancy across all logistics functions, taking on other operational opportunities to contribute as business needs evolve.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally within a high-growth retail or eCommerce environment, with proven experience managing both inbound freight and outbound 3PL fulfillment.
Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel (interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable insights) is required; basic knowledge of EDI is a significant asset; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent collaborative and communication abilities, with a proven track record of coordinating cross-functionally across different time zones and establishing transparent, trusted relationships with international vendors.
Problem Solving: Highly resourceful, organized, and solution-oriented with an intense attention to detail and a proven capacity to handle changing priorities and peak operational periods (e.g., Black Friday) under pressure.
