Full-Time Floater-Trainer / Senior Cleaner

About the Positions:
Residential & Commercial Cleaners
Our cleaners work in residential homes, commercial properties, Airbnb rentals, and move-in/move-out projects. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
Floater-Trainer / Senior Cleaner
This position is ideal for an experienced cleaner who enjoys variety in their workday. The Floater-Trainer will assist with training new staff, covering sick calls and vacations, supporting deep cleans and move-out cleans, helping maintain company standards, and providing leadership and support to team members when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Airbnb turnover cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Following company cleaning standards and procedures
- Working independently and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service
- Training and mentoring new staff (Floater-Trainer position)
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between job sites
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable
- Must successfully pass a Police Information Check / Criminal Record Check
Compensation:
Starting wage is based on experience, qualifications, reliability, and leadership abilities.
