Position Overview
As a Merchant Acquisition Ambassador, you will visit local businesses and introduce owners/managers to OSYNCO’s merchant platform and waitlist program.
Your role is simple:
- Approach businesses
- Explain the value proposition
- Qualify the merchant
- Get them onboarded onto the waitlist
- Book follow-up calls when needed
You are not expected to hard-close complicated contracts. Your primary KPI is qualified merchant onboardings.
Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses in assigned territories
- Speak directly with owners/managers
- Explain OSYNCO’s merchant platform
- Register merchants onto the waitlist
- Collect business information accurately
- Maintain daily activity targets
- Track conversations and submissions
- Represent the OSYNCO brand professionally
- Provide feedback from merchants to leadership
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable speaking with strangers
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient and coachable
- Able to walk and canvass local areas
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Reliable smartphone and transportation preferred
$15.00 PER HOUR TO START + COMMISSIONS
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
