We are seeking an experienced Carpenter for our busy client in Ottawa's south end. This is a full-time position in a construction and renovation-based environment.
Shift:
- Days - 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key job responsibilities:
- Lead and assist with the installation of various appliances and fixtures throughout client's home
- Install hardware, fillers, and panels to ensure all installations have a polished and clean aesthetic
- Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts
- Use drawings in order to properly assemble and install components according to directions
- Comply with safety rules and regulations during course of duties
- Complete finishing carpentry tasks, such as installing crown moulding and baseboards
- Independently perform basic maintenance on equipment
