Day Cleaning Specialist / Crew Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team and grow into a Crew Lead position. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and notices the details that others miss.
This position is available as:
- Part-time (2–3 days per week)
- Potential for full-time hours for the right candidate
Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining our high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Following established cleaning procedures and checklists
- Leading and supporting team members as you grow into a leadership role

Compensation: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience, performance, and leadership ability.
