Williamson Printing Materials Limited is a Canadian company that supply materials to the printing and packaging industry. We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team!
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare orders, update ERP system, and coordinate shipping method by using courier or transport companies
- Load and unload trucks using forklift or pallet jack
- Verify packing slips against material received for accuracy and enter quantities received in the ERP system
- Report any discrepancies of inventory to management
- Stamp receiving date on material and proceed with stock placement of new inventory after rotation of current material has been completed
- Assist with inventory counts
- Maintain a neat, organized and safe warehouse at all times
- Always adhere to established safe working policies and procedures and wear the proper safety equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Must be functionally literate (able to read, write and speak English fluently)
- Possess ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Computer literacy
- Available to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Be physically fit/ ability to lift 50lbs
Preferred:
- Forklift license
- GHS certification
- TDG certification
- Warehousing experience
Please note: This is a very physically demanding position requiring you to work mainly by yourself and moving materials up to 50lbs.

Pay: $23.50-$25.00 per hour
