Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform development and enhancements. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow delivery, with a focus on building scalable solutions and improving service management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and enhancements
- Customize and configure modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop workflows, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for ServiceNow development
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform delivery and customization
- Experience with workflows, scripting, and integrations
- Familiarity with ITOM and SPM modules
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
