Sr. Trainer
Start Date: 08/03/2026
End Date: 07/31/2027
The expectation will be for the resource to work onsite from the office 5 days a Week
Location: Edmonton, AB.
Duties:
Lead enterprise-wide training initiatives by defining role-based training strategies, scope, delivery approach (instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced), and success measures aligned to business outcomes.
Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of training needs analyses and competency development frameworks.

Experience developing and teaching training materials, including developing computer based training modules/training videos.

Experience with a variety of learning/training concepts and principles, including knowledge of adult learning techniques.

Advanced level proficiency with MS Office Tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other related training software. For example, need to work with templates and create new templates.

Experience developing computer-based training videos using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline or equivalent.

Experience with Digital Adoption Tools (e.g., WalkMe) for creating in-application guidance and support.

Working knowledge of SAP applications is an asset.
