Reception & Service Coordinator Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and return missed calls promptly.
- Greet customers and provide professional front desk customer service.
- Prepare service estimates (quotes) and generate invoices.
- Schedule and organize vehicle service appointments.
- Order automotive parts and monitor order status.
- Track parts to ensure timely arrival for scheduled repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and service updates.
- Pick up automotive parts from suppliers when required.
- Coordinate repair schedules and workflow with mechanics.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
- File and manage documents
- Manage fleet customer accounts, including scheduling, tracking repairs, and invoicing.
- Assist with day to day administrative operations to ensure efficient shop workflow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and basic vehicle components.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory or parts lookup systems are an asset.
- Previous experience in an automotive parts, warehouse, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
