*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled truck driver to operate the vacuum truck a few days a week and roll off truck the other days. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely services while maintaining the highest standards of service. *Responsibilities* - Operate heavy-duty trucks to transport bins across designated routes. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. - Load and unload bins, ensuring proper handling and securing of bins. - Maintain accurate records of services, including logs of hours driven and miles traveled. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. - Assist in minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle readiness. - *Skills* - Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). - Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and logistics management. - Proficiency in operating heavy equipment. - Basic to address minor vehicle issues on the road. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
