Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Driving Instructors to join our team.Preferably Females. The ideal candidates will be responsible for teaching new drivers the skills necessary to operate vehicles safely and confidently. This role involves providing personalized instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring students meet all licensing requirements. A strong emphasis on clear communication, patience, and instructional expertise is essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Conduct driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, covering basic vehicle operation, traffic laws, and safety procedures
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve driving skills
- Prepare students for licensing exams by reviewing test requirements and conducting practice tests
- Maintain accurate records of lessons completed, student progress, and scheduling appointments
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during instruction sessions
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to build student confidence
- Stay updated on current traffic laws and best practices in driver education
Skills
- Proven tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in driver education or related fields
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback
- Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure when working with new drivers
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
