NURSING MANAGER
FULL-TIME DAYS AND WEEKENDS
As the Nursing Manager, you will be accountable to the Executive Director for the day-to-day management of the nursing department and resident care services. You will ensure delivery of optimal care and services.
Requirements:
- Current registration as an RPN at the relevant nurse’s college
- Possess current First Aid/CPR certificate
- Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing is desirable
- Must have knowledge of the nursing process
- Post-graduate studies in geriatrics are preferred
- Must have good leadership and communication skills
- Possession of skill in planning, coordinating, and supervising a comprehensive nursing care program
- Must be Bilingual
- Speak, read, write both English and French
