Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Finance Agent to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Present and explain financing options, including leasing and loan programs, tailored to individual customer situations
- Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal
- Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and financing arrangements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
- Stay informed about current financial products, dealership promotions, and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial services or dealership sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in math for calculating payments, interest rates, and financing options
- Knowledge of dealership operations or automotive industry experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse clients
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or sales is advantageous
- Social media marketing is preferred

Pay: $35,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
